At Casale Nostos, we aim to provide a culinary experience centered around the Sorrentine Peninsula and the products of our land – herbs, vegetables from the Casale organic garden, and a selection of the finest local ingredients.

Both at breakfast and for poolside lunch, we strive to create a culinary geography that seeks to convey respect and careful attention to the surrounding environment while offering a reflection on different ways and practices of cultivating the land.

Breakfasts and lunch are prepared at Casale Nostos using the harvests from our organic garden and seasonal products sourced from selected local producers. For this reason, we don’t offer a fixed menu, but instead, moving away from traditional formats, we propose a journey around different courses and products that change daily, emphasizing seasonality, craftsmanship, and the daily creativity of the kitchen.

Here’s an example of some of the products featured in our breakfasts: homemade fruit jams from our trees, self-produced honey, fresh dairy products, homemade yogurt, mixed bread with seeds made with natural leavening, fresh salads and vegetables, freshly squeezed orange juice, homemade granola, cow's milk and plant-based milk, cakes, fresh eggs, tarts, fresh fruit, berries from our plants.
