Wellness Week | Wellness Retreat
A professional personal trainer will guide you through daily training sessions designed to enhance both physical and mental well-being. After breakfast each morning, our instructor will lead you through functional training exercises, focusing on strength, flexibility, and endurance. The sessions, suitable for all levels, include bodyweight exercises, stretching sessions, cardio workouts, and joint mobility exercises.
Every day will offer an opportunity to challenge your body and relax, with the option to customize the training according to your needs and goals. You’ll also have time for reflection and rejuvenation, thanks to moments of relaxation and meditation.
The entire experience will take place in a total wellness atmosphere, accompanied by a personal trainer who speaks Italian, English, and French, ensuring a tailored experience without language barriers.

Car Transfer (Transfer Service)
We offer an exclusive transfer service for our clients. The car transfer is provided in Mercedes Class A vehicles and managed by professional drivers. We arrange transfers to and from Naples International Airport (Capodichino), as well as daily excursions around the Sorrentine Peninsula, the Amalfi Coast, and other major historical and cultural attractions in the region. Prices are available upon request, subject to availability.

Boat Tours
In collaboration with the S. Antonio Cooperative, we organize private and shared tours upon request around the Sorrentine Peninsula, the Amalfi Coast, and to the island of Capri.
For the private tour, you can choose from boats and motorboats of various sizes. During the trip, you’ll have the opportunity to swim, sunbathe, and enjoy breathtaking views in complete relaxation, far from crowded beaches and noisy places. Drinks and various snacks will be served on board. The itinerary is customizable based on your needs and can be decided on board with the captain. Prices are available upon request, subject to availability.
The shared tour to visit the beauties of the Amalfi Coast and the island of Capri is an 8-hour boat trip. The boat day starts in the morning with departure from the Nerano dock, where the captain and crew will welcome you and take care of you, guiding you to explore the stunning Amalfi Coast (Positano and Amalfi) or the island of Capri.
Infinity pool
Casale Nostos features an infinity pool overlooking the sea of the Sorrento Peninsula, exclusively for the use of resident guests. The pool has also been designed with great attention to water quality and energy efficiency. In fact, we have integrated medium-pressure UV lamps into the system, which, in addition to reducing combined chlorine, provide excellent support for disinfection by eliminating chlorine-resistant bacteria.
