We'd like to clarify that in our rooms, you won't find the typical 18°C temperature or the stale air produced by traditional air conditioning systems. The rooms at Casale Nostos, as an integral part of a Passive House structure, are instead equipped with a controlled mechanical ventilation system (CMV).
Passive houses are not only designed with a strong focus on environmental sustainability and energy efficiency, but also to create and maintain healthy and comfortable indoor environments. To this end, the CMV system ensures a continuous exchange of indoor and outdoor air, helping to prevent issues related to overly dry or excessively humid air, and ensuring a healthy and pleasant living space.
